We are a group of passionate business alchemists who love helping small and mid-sized companies improve performance and achieve growth. ALCHMI brings clarity, focus, and operational detail to the way a business runs — and we do it collaboratively, listening closely to owners and executives before we build anything.
We are drawn to brands with a strong core purpose beyond profit — companies whose products or services do social good, and who have a real story but need better ways to tell it at scale. Our clients see meaningful gains in productivity and cost while we uncover growth in adjacent segments they had not yet noticed.
Vinay brings more than twenty-five years of global experience as an entrepreneur, advisor, educator, and marketer. He spent fifteen years in senior corporate roles in the United States — including Chief Operating Officer and Director of Product Strategy — before returning to India, and he holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing and an MS in Systems and Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore.
He created the Dharmic Enterprise Framework, a model that helps organizations align profit with purpose. His thinking has been recognized with a Best Paper Award at the IKS Conference in Management at IIT Bombay, and he has presented at IIT Kanpur and universities across India on business, leadership, and Indian Knowledge Systems.
